Singer-Songwriter, Actress, Film Director and Former Professional Dancer
Born and raised in Jerusalem. Yaela studied music and dance at the Academy of Music and Dance in Jerusalem.
Yaela spent the first and second decade of her life in the professional dance field.
She moved to New York where she was accepted to the "Alvin Ailey" dance company school Where she worked and performed with the company's young ensemble.
She later performed as a professional dancer in the "Kibbutz Dance Troupe" and performed many works by well-known choreographers such as Alvin Ailey, Ohad Naharin, Rami Beer, Matz Ek, Daniel Azralo and more. Performed around the world on magnificent and prestigious stages.
Yaela moved to Germany where she was accepted into one of the most successful musicals of the time.
She played danced and sang in the female lead role in the musical "Buddy Holly" in Hamburg a huge Broadway production.
She played and danced at the Theater of Sound in Düsseldorf and the Spandau Theater in East Berlin and even performed a play by Chekhov in German.
